"The UK has recently taken significant steps in the green transformation process. Initially driven by policies, projects, and strategies focused on achieving economic returns through energy efficiency, the UK has subsequently become a pioneering nation with its long-term plans and net-zero strategy. Thus, during and after its Brexit process, the country has implemented concrete green transformation initiatives. The country’s geographical location, underlying economic sectors, social and cultural characteristics, political structure, and bureaucratic culture have all been key factors facilitating this period of transformation. Ensuring stakeholder participation, transparency, accountability, and experience implementing the public policy model in the field of environmental policies, which can be said to have successfully implemented the process management approach, have facilitated the environmental steps. Parliamentary support, civil society contributions, and the informed choices of private and public institutions have led to a degree of success in the green transformation process. When the positive and negative impacts of the Brexit process are evaluated together, the positive effects for the country’s independence and unique aspects have been evident.
